This class is for expectant parents or parents of newborns up to 4 months of age and covers all the sleep basics you need to get your baby off to a good sleep start. Since scientific evidence does not support sleep training newborns and young infants, this class is focused on sleep shaping habits and routines that will help improve quality of sleep. This two hour class teaches you how to lay a healthy foundation.
